1. Human Resources
- Support Human Resources portfolio - Recruitment, HR Services & Performance and Rewards.
- Support recruitment team in the sourcing of candidates.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
2. Marketing
- Assist Online team in product catalogue and uploading of online promotions
- Assist in administrative work for Advertising & Promotions department.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
3. Market Research
- Market research and mapping exercise for the development of the Direct Sales channel.
- Identifying the target corporates for tie-ups with Courts.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
4. Finance
- Assist in daily Finance operation tasks.
- Assist in payments to suppliers (non-trade)
- Keying in system, reconciliation, filling and all other relevant work related to account payables.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
5. Credit Admin
- Handle Incoming Call/Email - enquiry from Branch/Customer/Agency/RAMCI (check balance outstanding and explain status of customer account
- Fully handle Settlement Letter as per request by Branch/Customer/Customer Service/Bank
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
Job Requirements- Applicants must be willing to work in Setapak, work from office.
- Internship position for duration of minimum 3 months.
- Work hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
