Job ResponsibilityJob Scope:
o Assists salesperson on document preparation ,
o Support sales person in sales order, ensure smooth order processing to timely and accurate delivery.
o Answer and follow up on all phone call and walk in customer enquiries
o Update and manage customer database and documentation
o Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting sales team data; establishing entry priorities
o Perform data entry, prepare Quotation, invoice & DO
o Familiar with CRM or other software will be advantage and value added
o Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
o Coordinate delivery arrangement
o Perform and undertake any other ad-hoc duties or task ad and when required by the management
Job Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
o Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
o Good written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin will be added advantage.
o Computer literate and numerate
o Aggressive, fast learner and able to work independently
o Focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
o Able to work under pressure
