Job Responsibility

• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members such as product development.
• Ensure business e-commerce platforms are constantly updated.
• Works closely with the team in developing online plan/strategy as well as creative and effective digital campaigns.
• Execute advertising campaigns using various platforms to generate leads.
• Manage and monitor daily online sales, promotions, marketing & social media programs & activities on company's ecommerce platforms.
• Assists in customers' inquiries & feedback promptly as well as responding to complaints professionally.
• Performs simple statistical work such as tracks sales data, analyze database & monitoring performance.
• Analyze reports on effectiveness of campaigns.
• Perform other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Preferable at least specialized Diploma in E-Commerce/ Digital Marketing/ IT or equivalent in related field.
• At least 2 years experiences in the related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
