Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:-
o Able to handle warehouse events, stock take and inventory control
o To ensure Receiving & Issuing the goods process follow procedures
o Ensure smooth daily operations store
o To ensure all goods are stored in proper designated areas and labelling
o To liaise with supplier,customer and sales team for orders,price,and product availability
o Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from supplier, manage inventory,etc
o Provide satisfactory customers service and support to the existing customer via telephone calls,fax,WhatsApp and email.
o To assist stock check and update every month.
o Support the Logistic and sales department
o Issue DO, PO and returned goods etc
o Manage and maintain store systems, including data management, filing, stock inventory etc
o Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and required.
o Training will be provided
Requirements:-
o Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
o .At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Computer Literate - MS office- word and excel
o Required Languages : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
o Self-disciplined, punctual and reliable
o Required Skill(s): Strong negotiation skill, Ability to work with a variety of people, Strong analytical skills, Attention to details, clear communication and follow up skills are essential for this role
