Job Responsibility

• Call potential clients to expand their customer base
• Explain the features of various policies
• Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
• Handle policy renewals
• Maintain electronic and paper records
• Help policyholders settle claims.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least DEGREE HOLDER
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• No experience is needed but candidates with sales, marketing, insurance and finance knowledge would be an advantage
• Love meeting with new people and learning new things.
• A quick thinker and generous.
• Able to put oneself in client's shoes.
