Job Responsibility
 

• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide knowledge on financial planning 
• Communicate with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
• Liaise with customers on pre and post sales
• Attend and participate in all company event/ function / training
• Prepare monthly reports for monitoring purposes
• Promote Insurance Takaful services to the customers

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or any Higher qualification (Open for Malaysian)
• At least 5 years working experience is required for this position
• Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated to serve existing corporate clients & referrals
• Discipline and have high commitment
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport
