Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns
  • To escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
  • Take proper care of warehouse inventories
  • Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate
  • Check driver's daily delivery summary
  • To ensure all deliveries are done on timely & safely to customer.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: STPM or Diploma
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Computer skills
  • Able to converse and write in BM, English, Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Having effective teamwork in the workplace
