Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
- Will be placed in Customer Care Centre (CCC) Department at Electplus Indutry Sdn. Bhd.
- Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response
to customers.
- Assist in sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on
collection.
- Assist to coordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / International Business or any related courses.
- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Can commute to Petaling Jaya
