Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
- Will be located in Customer Care Centre (CCC) Department.
- Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response
to customers.
- Assist in providing internal sales support which including confirmation order, delivery order,
invoices and other relevant documents.
- Assist in sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on
collection.
- Assist to coordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
- Liaise with customers to provide update order status.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / English / Communication or any related
courses.
- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to Work in Prai, Penang.
