Job Responsibilityo To scan, rename, check & organize documents within appointed standardized sequence
o To upload softcopy documents into portals
o To cross check & update scanned documents information into spreadsheets
o To organize hardcopy documents and to coordinate arrangements in preparation to send to external document management party
o Adhere to Business Administration compliance processes in terms of document management & data security
o Any other responsibilities assigned by the Business Admin Manager
