Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handle Full set account (P&L,AR,AP,SL,BS ,etc )
Payroll
Bank Reconciliations
Monthly closing
Declare SST
Liaise with bank, com sec, tax agent, auditor
Issue invoice
Handling monthly and yearly closing - processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, year end GL close activities and other relevant task of entity's result
Handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, SST return, withholding tax return, advising on taxation problems and contesting disputed claims before tax officials, provide information to tax agent to prepare income tax return
Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
Prepare and manage budget & cash flow forecasts including financial analysis to control cost and improve overall financial performance.
Liaise with client and supplier for relevant matters ( set up vendor acc, etc )
Job Requirements
Possess minimum education level, Diploma in Accounting
3-5 Years of experience in fullset account
Experience with Event & Marketing field will be added advantage
Can work independently
