Job Description
Job Responsibility * Possesses hands-on experience in related field such as buildings jobs, road works, structure etc. * Academic qualification is not prerequisite but shall be able to read and write simple instruction * Fully aware of the Company Mission Statement, policies and functional objective. * To record daily site reports, checking on the work progress and reporting to the superiors. * To liaise with sub-contractors regularly. * To attend site meetings and or other meetings, when necessary. * Day-to-day activities shall be attended and feeding back to the Section Head in-charge. * Check on the materials delivered on site and ensure that they meet the specification. * Control of in-coming and out-going items at the site store, if required. * To comply with the ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 works' procedures. * Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the HOD, Project Leader or the Management. * Record and monitor daily manpower for all trades on site * Co-ordinate and monitor on relevant inspection on site * Prepare documentation on issue arising to relevant parties Job Requirements
