Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities :
- Provide IT helpdesk support via phone call, in-person, email and e-ticketing system
- Provide support for hardware and software installation and logged cases
- Maintain the inventory of all hardware, software licenses and parts
- Monitor and upkeep of OS, software version and patches
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum CGPA of 3.50 and above or weighted average mark of 70% and above
- A good team player who possesses a positive work attitude, eager to learn and meticulous
- Minimum internship period of 3 months
