Job ResponsibilityAs an Interior Sales Designer, your major duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
1. To assist the company to manage site project works.
2. Responsible for attending & resolving all the discrepancies found during inspection, defect or complaint from clients.
3. To work closely with customers in recommending kitchen and wardrobe designs and space planning solutions.
4. Prepare sales quotations and process orders.
5. To effectively coordinate installations and ensure deadlines are met.
6. Follow-up customer when required.
7. To display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
8. Site supervision, measurement and coordination.
9. To ensure continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, cost saving, minimize wastage by estimating the quantity of materials needed in all projects.
10. Report to Management on the progress and work activities.
11. Responsible for attending & resolving all discrepancies found during inspection defects or
complaints from clients.
