Job Description
Job Responsibility
Identify new business opportunities via new prospects to expand client base
Analyze clients' current insurance/takaful policies, identify gaps and propose improvements to close the gaps
Provide professional advice, strategies and solutions to clients via customized insurance/takaful plans to suit their needs and achieve their financial goals
Establish good relationship with clients & manage clients' accounts professionally for long-term sustainability
Maintain professionalism via ethical conduct & continuous training
Job Requirements
Malaysian national or Permanent Resident
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline
Be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English
No direct experience is needed as training & coaching will be provided
Entrepreneurial mindset
Love meeting new people and learning new things
A quick thinker and able to adapt quickly to changes
Have a strong personal drive, is goal-oriented, have high level of self-discipline
Possess own transport/ is mobile
