Job Responsibility1.CHECKING SERVER ROOM (DAILY, EARLY MORNING, 1 HOUR)
- CCTV (back up recording)
- Checking dialer server (recording dialer)
- Checking communication line (30 minutes after staff do call)
- Checking Volare Server (backup database)
- Checking condition server, checking wall panel & testing internet connection.
2.Standby ad hoc problem
- Workstation/Connection/System/Server/Firewall problem & Setup meeting room.
3.Request service
- Workstation setup
- Thumb print
- Repairing computer
- Maintaining office back up plan (BCP)
- Time to time order
4.Maintenance service
- Audit report preparation (server, computer, security)
- Checking backup server data
5.Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and efficient operation of client computer systems, servers and data security systems. It often expands to meet the expectation as per the guidelines of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT or Equivalent
- Minimum experience two years
- Positive work attitude, high integrity, maturity and a pleasant personality
