Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION:
o Perform professional personality to greet customer.
o Good on handling customer complaint.
o Priorities any complaint and requests received from customer.
o Provide excellent customer service to all customers, in person and on phone and to handle customers' complaints and concerns raised.
o Ensure smooth coordination and communication with retail team mall coordinator and customer for all services/repairs handled
o Able to give direction information on the mall area
o Responsible and accountable for all customers any complaints received directly and indirectly from customer
o Ensure complaint forms are issued, handled & recorded promptly & clearly to facilitate easy follow-up & timely update by Mall coordinator
o Update oneself on a regular basis for product knowledge, updates & service information through brand website
o Perform regular & proper housekeeping practices to ensure Service Centre is kept clean & tidy at all times
o Perform ad-hoc duties & requests as required by management
