Responsible for maintaining good business relationships with existing customers by providing support, and recommending guidance and solutions to new clients.
Able to handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for clients.
Checking on pricing charged to the particular customer and approving the delivery orders.
Handle customer complaints.
Assist the Sales Manager in sales matters.
Able to coordinate with logistics for delivery issues.
Any other duties as directed by the Sales/Marketing/Commercial Manager.
