Job Responsibility

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set.
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns.

Job Requirements

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, on-job training will be provided.
• Possess minimum education level, SPM
• Good communication skills
• Candidate with experience in telesales is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin as this candidate will be engaging with Chinese-Speaking Customer
