Job Responsibility

• Ensure the normal operation of goods receiving, issuing and stocking.
• Receive goods that comes into the warehouse and ensure that the stock is unloaded and stored according to established procedure.
• Responsible for keying in goods issuing/receiving/shipping data correctly and timely.
• Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization's operations.
• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak in Mandarin/English.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Candidate with relevant job experience are added advantage.
• Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office related software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Willing to follow the arrangements of superiors, and have teamwork spirit
