Job ResponsibilityREQUIREMENTS:
o Candidate must possess Degree or Diploma with at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field.
o Has extensive knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.
o Good computer skills and presentation skills.
o Experience in port operation is an added advantage.
o Strong command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
o Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the HSE Department including:
o To ensure the documentation for IMS are in place and up to date.
o To achieve 100% Objective, Target and Program Implementation.
o To achieve 100% Integrated Management System Implementation.
o To improve, implement and maintain IMS (ISO9001,45001,14001) to all Kuantan Port.
o To ensure executive weekly plan have been updated and closed minimum 80%.
o To execute QHSEA implementation at site.
o Analyse data on MS and ensure MS compliance
o Analyse HSE Department data for forecast HSE event or program.
o Establish, implement and improve HSE communication. (HSE awareness, campaign, new guideline and requirement) to all Kuantan Port interested parties.
o To conduct ISO 9001,ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Trainings.
o To be assign other work tasks from time to time by the HOD.
