Job ResponsibilityJob Purpose :
o Coordinate efforts with company's contracted HVAC vendors to ensure company's HVAC systems are functioning perfectly.
o To service operation of YORK Water Cooled Screw Chiller (Model YR, Air Handling Unit (AHU), CHWP, CWP & Cooling Tower).
Key Responsibilities :
o Carry out general repairs, maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting special service problems following all building codes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals.
o Minor repairing and maintaining building equipment as needed to ensure buildings or facilities are functioning properly.
o Daily chiller reading data recording monitoring based on BAS system.
o Attend breakdown calls and trouble shooting.
o Conduct inspection of ducting including HVAC chill pipe and condenser pipe inspection.
o Perform related duties that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Key Requirements :
o At least 3 years working experience in HVAC service.
o Well-versed with electrical works and able to trouble shoot electrical equipment (i.e. switchboard of chiller, AHU, Pump & Cooling Tower)
o Well-versed of troubleshooting and analysis of HVAC equipment problem.
o It also involves being on-call after work hours to take on further assignments should there be any emergency.
