Job Responsibility
Training & Engagement
Coordinate training programs with training vendors to ensure smooth training experience for employee
Prepare and coordinate online learning materials
Accountable to manage HRD Corp Account
Coordinate company's activities to encourage better employee engagement
Accountable to organized all company events
Coordinate training logistics, e.g.: room reservations
Coordinate training schedule with vendors
Ensure a high participants enrolment rate and attendance rate
Recruitment & Selection
Identifies the ideal recruitment channel and platform by accessing the applicability for the candidate's pool that match with our requirements in order to achieve cost efficiency.
Accesses the potential candidates by screening and reviewing for suitable candidates in order to ensure the candidates match with the hiring requirement.
Formalizes job description and specifications for existing and new positions for hiring needs and job analysis in order to use this particular information to create a right IT between job and employee.
Manages hiring including screening of candidates, selection interviews and preparations of compensation package, new joiner on-boarding process to make sure all required documents are to be collected and documented
Manages internal movement and mobility opportunities for talent retention in order to create long term career pathing to all level of employees.
Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting Managers on recruitment function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision-making involving people issues
Job Requirements
Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Social Science / any related field.
Fresh graduate or candidate have relevant working experience also welcome to apply
Experienced in event management and training coordination including HRD Corp Account management
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel: Pivot, Vlookup, other functions)
Good in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with stakeholders
Accurate, efficient and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed
