Job Description


Job Responsibility
Handling general accounting and administrative duties.
Liaise with creditors, bankers, solicitors, auditors etc
Ensure smooth running of office
Manage job recruitment process including job advertising, interview arrangement, selection and offering
Handle onboarding process and conduct orientation for newly hired employees

To administer HR policies and procedures.
Carry out offboarding process includes conduct exit interview
Monitor daily clocking activities.
To assist in the implementation of annual performance appraisal.
Develop and maintain effective filing system in organized manner for all administration including employee information database.
Handle expatriate work pass - new application, renewal & cancellation
Manage other HR activities such as activate/ terminate employee from medical group insurance & CIDB greencard (new application and renewal), employee recognition rewards staff competancy training.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
Able to work independently to meet the deadline and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with computerized accounting system, i.e. UBS
Able to handle a full set of Accounts and HR
Good analytical skills, attentive to details and multi-tasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Applicants must be able to work in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan.
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Human Resource/ Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years working experience in related field.
Ability to follow oral,written instructions and meet deadlines.
Able to work independent with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015 will be an advantage.
Maximum age <30 years old.
Required language: English, Malay.
