Job Responsibility

• Perform full  recruitment process activities including screening, interview, selection and offering.
• Conduct proactive sourcing through networking, candidate database etc.
• Develop creative and innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
• Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple job portals and social media platform.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position specifications and requirements.
• Develop, review and revise job descriptions and specifications as required.
• To assist in performance management process e.g monitor staff confirmation
• Handling on board document for new hired.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Admin Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Able to design a workable recruitment flow
• Have knowledge in Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law and latest Government regulations.
• Fast learner and able work under pressure
• good communication & interpersonal skill
