Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Serve client and employees by handling day to day questions and helping resolve staffing problems.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
  • Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through with candidates and onboarding.
  • Administering job vacancy portals
  • Lead employee on-boarding activities; answer employee questions and provide support to clients when integrating new hires into the organization.
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Daily attendance updates to clients
  • Update attendance record as per the punch card or thumb print attendance report into individual attendance summary sheet
  • Responsible for new hire, termination.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks/maintains data.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Preparing reports to management.
  • Update and maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
  • It is not possible to enumerate all duties but your scope covers recruitment and administration related responsibilities. Your duties will also extend to other departments as and when required.
  • The management reserves the right to alter and/or assign further duties from time to time which are not computed in this job description.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
  • Previous experience for at least 2 years in related field
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Good and effective communication skills.
  • Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment & staffing)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Goal oriented, analytical, self-motivated, confident, proactive and initiative.
  • Strong ethics, reliable, committed, responsible, multitask and able to work under stress.
  • PC literate and good telephone etiquette.
