4. To ensure Human resource management at high quality and adhere to labour law at all time.
5. To ensure company fulfil all statutory compliance including GST, Tax, EPF, SOCSO, business license etc at all time without delay.
6. To handle daily administration duties which include documentation, filing, email correspondence, coordination and following up on pending matters.
7. To perform any other duties as instructed by the Company, Board of Directors or your immediate superior.
8. Responsible for full spectrum of the Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, performance management and employee relation.
9. Conduct recruitment effort for all executive and non-executive personnel, students and temporary employees which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
10. Responsible to manage employee conflicts and provide counseling with respect to disciplinary issues, grievances, to conduct domestic inquiries and manage industrial relations as and when required.
11. Develop & formulate training program for employee, analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers, planning and delivering training including inductions training to new staffs.
12. Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
13. To implement policy and procedures of new HR policies, procedures and processes.
14. To interpret and advise on employment law.
15. Advise on payroll and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits.
16. To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management. Handles employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling and exit interviewing.
17. To perform any other duties as instructed by the Company, Board of Directors or your immediate superior.
