Job Responsibility

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Work closely with the HR Executive to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Develop and maintain a good filing system.
• Handle and order office stationaries.
• Administrative Management: Tidiness and cleanliness, handle office maintenance and office upkeep.
• Coordinate meetings arrangement as and when required.
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative support and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
