Job Description


Job Responsibility
-To ensure all queries pertaining to human resources and admin works are accurately and appropriately monitored and resolved.
-To assist the organisation, co-ordination and preparation of meetings, agendas and ensure distribution according within an agreed time frame.
-To involve in maintaining HR & administrative systems including networking information, electronic messaging, filing and correspondence.
-To be involved in preparation of human resources data, presentations and reports using appropriate software such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word as required.
-To participate in continual improvement plans including create, review and implement new company policy, handbook, review and updating standard operating procedures manual, job description and ISO processes.
-Monitoring staffs annual leave, sick leaves, attendance and medical cost.
-To record and prepare reports for staff turnover (local and foreign), recruitment cost (local & foreign), medical cost, submit weekly/monthly report to the appropriate personnel.
-To monitor and prepare monthly reports for company's vehicles usage including toll charges and petrol/diesel consumptions.
-To involve in foreign worker recruitment processes including liaise with recruitment agent, preparation of application documents, medical examination, work permit expiry date, renewal and deportation.
-To assist in orientation of new employees.
-To liaise with relevant government agencies such as SOCSO, immigration, labour office, local municipal council, KWSP and other private corporations (banks, panel clinics and etc.) pertaining to employees and building administration matters.
-Comply with the Company policies and procedures.
-Ensuring that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes to the QMS are planned and implemented.
Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
PC literate (MS Excel & Word)
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Accurate worker with attention to detail.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
