Job Description
Job Responsibility
Set up a stable management team and operation team, and be good at creating a team atmosphere.
According to the company's various KPI indicators, analyze the reasons for non-compliance items and formulate improvement measures.
Control the fines from cross-border platforms around the performance rules of the entire link timeliness.
Manage and control various costs of daily distribution, pay attention to operational efficiency, and eliminate waste of labor costs.
Conscientiously implement the various projects promoted by the company.
Focus on improving the quality of services such as loss, damage, and delay, and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the overall operation of the transshipment center;
Responsible for the improvement of the quality and timeliness of the transshipment center, and the improvement of KPIs.
Responsible for the control of the transshipment center, integrated transaction management.
Responsible for the standardization of transit centers and the continuous improvement of the system.
Responsible for the transport center site planning and equipment management and other matters.
Responsible for the distribution center cargo stowage statistics, overtime vehicle review, and
Reasonable transfer of abnormal and accident vehicles.
Responsible for the management of the shuttle bus owner, adjust the line according to the actual demand, and deal with the offline.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
Diploma and above
Should have at least 3-5 years working experience in the logistics and express industry, 3 years or more of management experience, peer dispatch management experience, vehicle management experience is preferred.
Possess rich practical operation skills and industry knowledge and first-line operation site management experience.
Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of teamwork, strong executive force, strong ability to withstand pressure.
Able to accept 6 working days (Monday - Saturday)
Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
