Job ResponsibilityResponsible for the effective implementation of TCSB HSE Management System (HSEMS) elements, Annual HSE Plan and programs in compliance with applicable laws, industry & clients standards or requirements and best practises to eliminate or reduce injuries, occupational illness, assets damaged or losses, and protection and preservation of the environment. The job holder provides advice, expertise and support to both TCSB Staff and Contractor Partners on best practices, requirements, and actions needed based on relevant laws such as FMA 1967, OSHA 1994, EQA 1974 etc, HSEMS, policies and procedures through periodic meetings, inspections, audits, reporting and analysis of HSE observations, investigation & reporting of incidents, conduct of training, drills & exercises and etc.
