Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
  • Manage all HR information and employee data to ensure accurate and timely update in HR record.
  • Conduct On Boarding & Off boarding, recommend improvement of the process to ensure complete orientation experience.
  • Conducting new employee orientations and overseeing exit interviews.
  • Manage all the administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, re-designation, increment and resignation of employees.
  • Recruitment activities from job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
  • Creating and maintaining employees' records through payroll vendor. Ensuring all payroll information are entered accurately into payroll vendor central system for processing.
  • Responsible for processing the organization's payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Reviewing and validating payroll reports and summaries as well as checking and maintaining accurate payroll record.
  • Maintaining company directory and update organizational charts.
  • Developing, revising Job Descriptions for each of role.
  • Improved Employer Branding to attract and retain talents.
  • Developing, revising, and recommending Claim Policies and procedures.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 or 4 years of HR experience or other related field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management.
  • Well versed in Labour Laws of Malaysia & latest recommendations by Government authorities.
  • Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia (able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point)
