Job ResponsibilityJOB PURPOSE
Proactive support of day-to-day human resource generalist activities especially on operations, recruitment and administrative services which are important to meet the organization's goals on smooth transition of HR activities.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Proactively supports HR services functions (eg. Data entry, documentation, staff enquiry, staff personal file management etc)
-Proactively support the recruitment process and Company's manpower requirements at all times.
-Liaise with authorised medical representatives on registering clinics under Company panel.
-Oversees and processes payment and record management in administrative functions on a timely manner.
-Process daily and montly claims, track staff attendance and process staff overtime for payroll processing.
-Update and maintain various leave computation and records related to HR Database, employment status, records, etc.
-New supplier registration for recruitment and other approved HR Services related vendors.
-Handle employee exit process including liaison with line management on acceptance and closure of employment cycle (covers resignation, retirement, end of contract etc).
-Manage with timely update employee movement, candidate tracking, transfer and acquisition trackers via MS Teams.
-Actively participate in career fairs and recruitment drived and initiatives.
-Assist in Onboarding / first day orientation.
-Ensure that all hires are onboarded with proper process including office tours and documentations etc.
-Other duties when deemed necessary and as instructed by and under HR.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES
-Diploma In Administration / Office Management/ Or Any Equivalent
-Minimum 1 year working experience
-Good communication and negotitiation skills
-Good at performing routine role
