Job ResponsibilityJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible to plan, implement and coordinate with Management in the design and implementation of recruitment, performance appraisal, training & development as well as HR system, policies, SOP and monitor its compliance and effectiveness.
?Responsible for the recruitment process by advertising, monitoring, searching, selecting and arranging interview with the potential candidates.
?Responsible to monitor staff attendance such as working punctuality, leave taken by recording in the system as an evidence and supporting for the year end appraisal purpose.
?Responsible all the process for company medical panel add or drop, renewal and claims.
?Oversee visa procurement for expatriate and ensure the validity of expatriate's documents.
?Responsible to update all staff information into the payroll system on timeliness manner
?Responsible to conduct orientation programs to new employees.
?Responsible for the staff welfare and all office administrative, upkeep, maintenance and monitoring.
?Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
?Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
?Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
?At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
?Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, HR Management, Payroll Management, Labor Law, Performance Management
