Job Responsibility1. Liaise with all departments and business units on any matters
related to HR and provide HR advisory services
2. Co-ordinate documentation and administration of
employees' movements, including confirmation, extension
/ termination, resignations, transfer and / or other movements of
staff and ensure relevant documents are completed timely
3. Assist, Initiating and implementing HR process improvements
initiatives.
4. Handles and follows through all immigration matters, including
work permits and short term visas for trainees and trainers. This
includes keeping update to date database of incoming / outgoing
expatriates / foreigners, ensures statutory requirements are
adhered to, filing of all documents and follow through with relevant
personnel ensuring smooth process in this matter
5. Handles MDEC requirements and queries. To obtain visas quota and
process visa application. Submit quarterly report to MDEC via their
portal.
6. Handles tax matters for expatriates and foreigners, including
notifications of new entry / exits of personnel, annual tax filing and
gathering of necessary documents from various parties on this
matter.
7. Responsible for entire recruitment process including planning,
administering the manpower requisition process, deliver quality
candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing
applicants that match the qualifications, skills and the experience
specified by the hiring managers.
8. Facilitates the reporting of Human Resources information including
the consolidation of all reports and of required business unit
ensuring accuracy with no data latency.
9. Ensuring HR reporting and audit compliance are aligned with audit
compliance standard and audit requirements while maintaining
data privacy regulations and best practices.
10. To perform any HR job-related duties as assigned, such as work
permit, filing, and etc.
