Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting System.
  • Prepare payroll on monthly basis for checking by Management and forward to Accounts Department for Salary Payment process.
  • Handle recruitment related activities such as Job Advertisement, Phone Screening, Scheduling for Interview and etc
  • Monitor Insurance & Roadtax & Inspection & Permit renewal and Prepare Lorry by Lorry Report.
  • Manage stationary & office refreshment replenishment, courier & despatch related matters.
  • Provide minimal support in Accounts Receivable & other minor part if needed.
  • Ensure proper filing and record keeping are maintained for Hr, Admin and Account related matters.
    Any other assigned ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements
  • Education Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Familiarity with resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
