Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To provide effective and proactive support to the manager across all aspects of HR operations.
  • Assist in formulate, review and administrations of company's strategic human resources policies and procedures in line with the company business goals.
  • Formulate and review the Company's HR policies and keep employee handbook current.
  • Advice, disseminate or clarification on HR policies to employees and to achieve consistency in policy interpretation.
  • Assist in Group's manpower planning and coordination on recruitment process.
  • Execute and implement the HR Strategy and action plan for ensuring that the skills, knowledge and attitudes of staff are developed in line with organization goal.
  • Assist the Management in implementing and inculcate the Company's CORE VALUES among staff.
  • Assist the Management in maintaining and improving the Staff Engagement in Company.
  • Attend to matters related to employee relations and counselling of employees in disciplinary issue.
  • Assist in conducting training needs analysis, formulate and coordinate employee development plan and related activities.
  • Continuously review training and development programs to ensure effectiveness of training.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of periodic and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Manage the induction program for newly join staff.
  • Attend to social and welfare problems of the workers and work to resolve any conflicts.
  • Manage daily staff affairs including staff attendance, leave etc
  • Managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as allowances, leave and other staff benefits as per company HR policy and guidelines.
  • Update and manage employee records.
  • Maintain the Job Descriptions & requirements of all position in the Company.
  • Manage Staff's traveling requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Well served in all spectrums of Human Resource functions.
  • Well-versed with Malaysia Employment Act, EPF & SOCSO and Income Tax Act as well as Malaysian Labour Law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting.
  • Dynamic, resourceful and results-driven and team player.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and highly committed
  • Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applicants.
  • Tactful, resourceful, self-motivated and able to uphold confidential matters.
