Job Responsibility1. The Floor attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, orderliness, and adequate supply of assigned housekeeping guestrooms and work areas.
2. Cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor.
3. He/She should be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
4. Reports check-out rooms immediately after inspection by phone call to the HK office
5. Must be in good health, with a neat and pleasant appearance.
