Job Responsibility

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Expediting correction or adjustment
• Following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Job Requirements

• Min SPM
• Min 3 Months Customer Service Experience
• Able to work Permanent Night Shift
• Working Day: Monday -Sunday (any 5 Days)
• Working Hour: 8pm - 8am (9 Hours per Shift)
• Must able to SPEAK in Mandarin OR Cantonese
• Location: KL Sentral (LRT Nearby)
