Job Responsibility

• Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Hong Kong.
• Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
• To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
• To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel

Job Requirements

• Candidate with SPM level qualification.
• Able to speak fluently in Cantonese and Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
• Basic English is acceptable for this role.
• Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift)
• Must be able to work 6 days per week when required (with allowance given!)
• Able to join in November 2022 intake
• Must possess own laptop/PC, a strong Wifi network connection and personal working space (no interruption of external person/third parties)

• RM 2,500 Basic + 6 Days Working Allowance RM 300 + KPI Allowance Max RM 400 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 300 + OT Claim (Average all-in salary RM 3,000 - RM 3,500++)
