Job Responsibilityo This position is required to lead sales team and generate sales to achieve KPI set and generating revenue for company with innovative and creative method to promote property of the company available in the market.
o Ensure all sales and marketing related activates is well plan, conduct and well execute with control budget and achieved company KPI.
o Ensure all customer enquiries and complaint project defect management and operation matter for completed project prior JMB form are resolve accordance to SOP set.
o Lead and plan sales strategy to generate sales and revenue in order to meet KPI set.
o Promote property offline and online with available marketing tools in market, post mortem for each event carried out for performance review.
o Station and promote property at roadshow / station assigned.
o Maintaining sales gallery / event's material assigned in good conditions.
o Ensure and plan for sales & marketing strategy planning in order to generate sales and revenue in order to meet KPI set.
o Review and design marketing kits, collaterals and sales documents before Management approval and ensure all approved material is available for sales adoption.
o Market property with market activities via available media platforms
o Attend to purchaser enquires and complaint and ensure is all is well resolve. Problem resolving prior seeking for HOD solution.
o Ensure weekly and monthly report on the defect related matters is accurate and consistent with project team.
o Review special request approval requested (maintenance fees offset, utilities dispute) by purchaser and submit to superior for approval.
o To support inter-department on customer service related matters.
o Attend and resolve customer all enquiries (including LAD related cases) and complaint in timely manner by follow to the standard guidelines given, should there is additional information required from other department, should obtain necessary document from relevant department.
o To propose GRR payment schedule for Accounts based on urgency of the case and request received from purchaser.
Requirements
o Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, A Level, Degree.
o At least 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing/ Multi-Level Marketing.
o Positive working attitude.
o Attention to detail.
o Good interpersonal skills and ability to think and problem solving skills.
o Independent and able to guide the department staffs.
o Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka.
