Job ResponsibilityClinics Operational and Leadership
1. Lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of outpatient care services.2. Lead the clinic to improve patient, consultant, and staff satisfaction.3. Identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.4. Identify indicators to measure, evaluate, and improve care services.Develop a strong, collaborative relationship with the consultants and doctors.5. Assure compliance with hospital QMS and regulations.6. Initiate the development and revision of policies and procedures 7. specific to the programs of care.8. Clinic support and other duties as required from time to time.9. Orientation and coaching of new staff. and other add hock task given
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in health care management or another related field2. Minimum 5 years of health care operations supervisory/ management experience or three years of progressive relevant leadership experience
