Job Responsibility

• Oversee the operation team and manage day to day operational processes supporting e-commerce business
• Oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures.
• Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Inventory management, work closely with Warehouse team on stock replenishment, order processing and fulfillment
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management.
