Job Description
Job Responsibility Job description Verifying and sorting all the documentation receiving from drivers (DN & Supporting Order, Receipt of Toll & Diesel)
?Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, delivery of proof, work-tickets etc.)
?Assist to call drivers or clients for uncompleted documents
?Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
?Comply and perform filing, photocopying & scanning of documents are required
?Assist to preparing damaged investigation reports during the accident occurred
?To manage on daily toll and fuel to ensure the Job Requirements
Job Benifits benefits of particular measures to reduce fuel consumption and operation costs.
?Assist to take the necessary action to control all operation costs
?Provide administrative support as when required.
?Any direct instructions from superior or management from time to time.
?Perform ad-hoc task as and when required
Requirements
?Must possess at least SPM, Diploma or further education will be a plus
?Candidate with experience in Haulage will be an advantage
?Proficient in MS Office
?Good & Strong organizational skills to cope well with daily stresses
?Candidate those can start work immediately or within short notice will be advantage
?Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah (Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah)
?Prefer Male Indian candidate

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
