Job ResponsibilitySetting up HALAL SOP and HALAL manual and review from time to time to ensure information up to date.
To Lead in HALAL internal and external audit.
To ensure all products are obtained HALAL certification and within the validity period.
To reply the non-conformance and ensure the recertification been done in timely manner.
To monitor the HALAL validity of raw material suppliers.
To prepare document / reports of HALAL committee meeting.
Responsible of HALAL file.
To ensure and monitoring HALAL document are in order and well organised.
To update relevant quality SOP, HALAL documents and HALAL System.
Quality Compliance (QC)
To conduct customer complaint investigations and prepare report accordingly
To conduct validation as per schedule
To assists in external and internal audits
To prepare quality documents according to regulation standard and customer requirement
To conduct self-inspection and ensure operation are compliance with all relevant regulatory, customer, legislative and requirement establish quality requirement from external supplier
To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects
To update relevant quality SOP, MESTI, GMP and HACCP documents.
To assist or complete the others task follow instruction from superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Science and Technology and with HALAL Executive Certificate.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
