Job ResponsibilityJob Description Operation Manager
a.Long term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals
b.Visiting outlets from time to time; observe outlets conditions from main entrance, selling floor, product display, counter, and store.
c.Overseeing the operation in groceries, cold storage, fruits, vegetable and perform duties to ensure it smooth operations required.
d.Involved in purchasing, promotion/ sales, monitor sales through system and operation.
e.Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities
f.Ensure team follows standards operating procedures for all operational functions
g.To perform tasks for Amoeba Management System
h.Managing stock level from time to time. Maximize stock accuracy and business performance
i.To improve and control the wastage and disposal of perishable and non-perishable foods and stocks.
j.Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
k.Understanding customer needs & wants, building customer relationships and focused on customer retention.
