Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
You will be responsible for the Group Consolidation & Bursa Reporting that complies with regulatory requirements and will be primarily responsible for coordinating the annual statutory audit and preparation of the Annual Report.
Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements, financial reports and any other information for management monthly and quarterly.
Analyse, interpret and assist to disseminate various accounting standards, statutory and other regulatory obligations and to ensure compliance across the Group's business.
Identify, resolve issues and assist management to drive development, implementation and maintenance of relevant group requirements such as reporting, accounting systems, processes, policies and best practices.
Liaise with the tax agents and external auditors for the Group's yearly tax and audit issues.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidate must be a MIA member.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in group reporting/consolidation & KLSE Bursa reporting experiences.
Knowledge in administration and HR related policies and experience will be an added advantage.
Willing to travel quarterly to our Bayan Lepas, Penang office to carry out duties is required.
Our office will be relocated from Phileo Damansara 1, Petaling Jaya, Selangor to Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya, Selangor in the mid of December 2022.
