Job Responsibilityo Provide overall direction and management on our project.
o Monitor and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
o Responsible on the project execution to ensure smooth progress
o To ensure all worker's implements and follow Project Rules & Regulation, Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction.
o Ensure installation servicing and maintenance works are according to drawings, specifications and work schedule.
o Manage the approved of work program and daily monitoring of site progress and able to solve issues which may cause delay to project.
o Liaise with contractor, consultant and client pertaining to project issues.
o Attend meeting with consultant, client and to coordinate site meeting with contractor and internal staff meeting or discussion.
o Report and escalate to management as needed
o To perform any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Management
