Job ResponsibilityJob Description
1. To recce potential market area assigned.
2. To identify real estates that has potential to be a commercial car park.
3. To gather all relevant data in relation to the potential commercial car parks.
4. To organize and perform project due diligence.
5. To work closely with Business Development Department and its leaders to achieve the department objectives.
6. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management as and when required
