Job ResponsibilityTicket issuing clerks provide service to customers, sell tickets and fit the reservation offer to customers' needs. They sell tickets for Umrah. They provide customers with information on offers and make the necessary arrangements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Have IATA/UFTA certificate (highly preferred)
Have prior experience in using Airlines reservation systems (preferable)
Have prior knowledge on accounting and book keeping.
Ability to use Accounting software and Microsoft office
Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management (preferable)
Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage.
JOB SUMMARY:-
Ticket booking and issuance, Hotel reservations, Sales
Compiling of day to day transactions, preparing daily statements and maintaining creditors and debtors.
Able to make accurate bookings for customers
Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers
Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements
Help passengers to plan for their trips
Help to make and confirm reservations
Provide good customer service
Re-book tickets and other arrangements
Handle tour enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement and other related tasks.
